By accessing or using StayInVaranasi (stayinvaranasi.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

StayInVaranasi is a room comparison and listing platform for accommodation in Varanasi, India. We connect property hosts with travellers. We are a marketplace — we do not own or manage any listed properties.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated

4. Property Listings

  • Hosts must provide accurate property details, pricing, and photos
  • All listings are subject to review and approval by our team
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines
  • Misleading information, fake photos, or fraudulent pricing will result in account suspension
  • Hosts are responsible for their property's compliance with local regulations

5. Bookings

Bookings made through StayInVaranasi are agreements between the guest and the property host. StayInVaranasi facilitates the connection but is not a party to the booking contract. Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Scraping or automated access to the platform
  • Harassment of other users
  • Attempting to circumvent our review system
  • Using the platform for illegal activities

7. Limitation of Liability

StayInVaranasi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes between hosts and guests, property conditions, or booking issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
